PassGP Presents at RACMA & AIDH Conference 2025

At the 2025 RACMA National Conference, at a session co-chaired by the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA) and the Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH), Associate Professor George Eskander, Founder of PassGP, delivered a compelling presentation on the role of artificial intelligence in Medical Education and workforce transformation.

The session explored how AI can be used not to replace educators, but to enhance access, consistency, and equity across medical training -particularly for international medical graduates (IMGs) and doctors serving rural and remote communities. Drawing on insights from PassGP’s national user data and outcomes, the presentation demonstrated how structured, examiner-led learning supported by predictive analytics and smart performance tracking is helping doctors prepare more effectively for the RACGP exams.

Attendees described the session as “mind-blowing” and “inspirational,” reflecting its focus on innovation, compassion, and practical reform. The talk resonated strongly with medical leaders and health executives involved in the MBA’s Expedited Specialist Pathway and wider workforce redesign initiatives.

The discussion reinforced PassGP’s core mission -to harness technology and examiner-led expertise to create a sustainable, supportive, and data-driven model of medical training that empowers every doctor to succeed in their exams and careers.

As A/Prof George Eskander explained:

AI in Medical Education is not about replacing teachers - it’s about expanding reach, amplifying consistency, and helping doctors prepare smarter through predictive analytics. At PassGP, we combine intelligent question banks, examiner-led insight, and data-driven feedback to support every single doctor - especially our international medical graduates and rural clinicians. We’re not just helping doctors pass - we’re helping them belong, connect, and thrive.
