What does the PassGP Promise offer after an unsuccessful examination result?
If you received an unsuccessful examination result and held an eligible PassGP subscription for at least six months before the examination, the PassGP Promise offers 20% off future subscriptions for as long as needed until you pass.

Who can receive the PassGP Promise discount?
You need to have held an eligible PassGP subscription for at least six months before the examination and then received an unsuccessful result. The six months must be before that examination, not from a new subscription bought afterwards.
We check your membership to confirm eligibility. Before buying your next subscription with the discount in mind, ask us to confirm that your subscription qualifies.
How do I ask for support under the PassGP Promise?
Email your examination result to hello@passgp.au and tell us which PassGP subscription you held. We will check your membership and confirm whether you qualify.
