What makes PassGP different?
PassGP was created by A/Prof George Eskander, a former RACGP National Lead Examiner and former AMC and PLAB examiner. The platform is built around the way examinations are assessed: clinical reasoning, prioritisation, communication, safe decisions and clear structure under time pressure.
Which examinations does PassGP support?
PassGP supports doctors preparing for RACGP, ACRRM, AMC, PESCI, RANZCOG, RACP, iCFRACGP and New Zealand general practice examinations. Each pathway has its own question formats, teaching and preparation resources.
Can doctors trained outside Australia use PassGP?
Yes. Many doctors come to PassGP while learning how Australian and New Zealand examinations express clinical priorities and professional expectations. The aim is not to reteach medicine, but to help doctors translate their existing clinical capability into the structure the assessment requires.
What is included in the examination banks?
Resources vary by examination and can include examiner-written questions and cases, detailed explanations, full mock examinations, performance analytics, flashcards, video teaching, recorded clinical discussions and access to the PassGP Academy.
Does PassGP teach examination technique as well as medical knowledge?
Yes. Examination technique is central to the platform. Doctors learn how to read the task, identify its priorities, structure an answer, communicate reasoning and manage time without losing clinical safety.
Are one-to-one and small-group sessions available?
Yes. Doctors can work with experienced educators through one-to-one teaching, mock examinations and small-group sessions. The focus is shaped around the examination, the doctor's current preparation and the areas where specific feedback will be most useful.

Can I try PassGP before choosing a package?
Free trials are available across the major examination pathways. They provide a practical look at the platform, question style and teaching approach before you decide what support is right for you.
Can I study on a phone or tablet?
Yes. The platform and PassGP mobile app are designed for use across computer, tablet and phone, so doctors can move between longer study sessions and shorter periods of practice.
How long should I prepare for an examination?
There is no single timeline. It depends on the examination, recent clinical experience, familiarity with the format and the time available each week. Many doctors benefit from starting early enough to practise technique repeatedly rather than relying on a short final period of revision.
What is the PassGP Promise?
Doctors who have held an eligible PassGP subscription for six months or more can receive 20% off future subscriptions if they do not pass their medical licensing examination. The support continues until they pass.
