Our Philosophy
At PassGP, we believe educational work should feel different from traditional medical institutions:
- We care deeply about the doctors who trust us, many of whom have struggled within rigid systems before finding us.
- We never forget the privilege of supporting colleagues during moments of vulnerability and uncertainty.
- We prioritise autonomy and flexibility - contributors shape their work around life, not the other way around.
- We value family, community and wellbeing - meaningful professional work must coexist with a rich personal life.
- We cultivate psychological safety - encouraging creativity, thoughtful debate and permission to experiment.
PassGP exists to transform outcomes for doctors - while creating a working culture that respects the humanity of those who contribute to it.
